¶ VA Management - Human Resources
In the Human Resources section you can manage your Airline pilots.
Access the resources via the "Human Resources" button on the Crew Portal.
¶ Pending Applications
If a pilot has requested to join your Airline, they will be shown in this area.
You can either "Approve" (1) or "Reject" (2) their request.
¶ Managing a Pilot
In the same area, you can view your pilot and either "Edit" (1) or "Dismiss" (2) them from the VA.
If you select Edit you will be able to edit the pilot:
- Pilot information: FsHub account information
- Airline contribution: Pilot metrics and stats in the VA
- Overrides: Change the rank or add flight hours to the pilot
You can remove hours by simply using a negative number

- Points transfer: Add or remove economy points from the pilot
