¶ Virtual Airlines Economy
VA Economy is a new feature which allows pilots to earn a currency, by default "XP", from completing company routes.
A VA Admin can adjust the way Company Routes reward you per flight.
¶ How much 'XP' will I make?
Each route will have an indication on how much XP you are going to make as shown below:

¶ How much 'XP' I made from a flight?
In a flight report, you can see if you earned XP under the "Earned" container:
¶ How much 'XP' do I have?
Simply go to the Crew Portal and look on the right side:
¶ Can I award 'XP' to a pilot in my VA?
Yes! You can both add and remove 'XP' from a pilot of your VA as long as you have permissions to do so. Read more about in the VA Management Human Resources article!
