Sometimes you might wish to build new Property in a location, because either there is nothing in the Auctions, or any other property on Sale by their owners.
In that case, you can get Planning Permission from FsHub to create & build a new property on a location of your choice.
¶ Requirements
It is important to remember the following requirements when applying for Planning Permission, as not meeting them will reject your application.

POLICY A: Your chosen location must be realistic, just like a real property.
For example, the location cannot be in water, extreme mountains or other locations known to be impossible to access. -
POLICY B: The photo/screenshot of the location must meet these criteria:
- B.1: The building shown in the image must be similar to the property type
e.g. You can not depict a large villa as a "House" or a small hut for a "Hotel" type - B.2: The area/background in the image should be as similar as possible to real location
Note: Simulator-taken pictures are accepted. - B.3: The image must be Safe For Work and For All Ages
- B.1: The building shown in the image must be similar to the property type
Should you not meet these requirements, your application will be rejected!
¶ How to Apply
In an attempt to ensure that users understand the requirements, and not repeatedly spend our team's time:
- Each application will cost AED $3,000 (Τhree Thousand Aeroconomy Dollars).
- Applications are NOT refundable, regardless of acceptance, rejection or cancellation.
- Applications are processed by humans, depending on the current load on the team it may take up to a week for your application to be reviewed.
- Applications are handled on a first-come first-serve basis.
Should two people apply for the same location, only the first one will be accepted. As per the Property Ownership requirements, in the event your application is after such a case, it will be rejected.
