Sometimes you might wish to build new Property in a location, because either there is nothing in the Auctions, or any other property on Sale by their owners.
In that case, you can get Planning Permission from FsHub to create & build a new property on a location of your choice.
A property can only be "built" (i.e., planning permission applied for) if your current location—based on your airport/ICAO position—is within 500 km of the build site. Think of it as the owner needing to travel to the site (or local area) to inspect the location, meet with builders to review and approve plans, and then apply for permission to build with the local authorities in person. If you're unable to fly an aircraft yourself, you can use the "Travel Ticket" system to automatically travel to the location and begin the planning/build process.

Requirements apply to applications even prior to this date, however any new requirements that fail your application will also result in a full refund.
It is important to remember the following requirements when applying for Planning Permission, as not meeting them will reject your application.

Should you not meet these requirements, your application will be rejected, and you will not be refunded for the application fee!
In an attempt to ensure that users understand the requirements, and not repeatedly spend our team's time:
Temporary Limitation: You can only have one application active at a time. This limitation will be removed once the platform gets more active to prevent 'early birds' from buying all the prime locations for a fairer experience.
Please remember that planning applications are processed by humans, our support team, and depending on the current load on the team it may take up to a week for your application to be reviewed.
Please only nudge our team if your application has taken more than a week.
Applications are handled on a first-come first-serve basis. Should two people apply for the same location, only the first one will be accepted.
As per the Property Ownership requirements, in the event your application is after such a case, it will be rejected.

When you first apply for planning permission, the property will appear in the list of "My Property", the status will automatically change from "Planning permission" (which means this is "Pending approval"), once approved the property will enter the "Building" phase and depending on the size of the property will take a number of (real) days to complete the build process.
For a house, this is 2 days. A mansion takes 4 days and a hotel, 10 days!
Once the property has completed the "Building" phase, it will become "Active" and the attributes (that affect the economy and PAX/cargo generation numbers) will become effective. You will also then be able to travel instantly and "free of charge" (using the "Travel Ticket" system) to any airport within 100 km of any of your "Active" properties.
Currently, applications are handled the same as a support ticket, which means you can not check your application status in real time. You will receive with our decision (acceptance/rejection) as soon as possible.
